2025 Wages & Benefits Comparability Survey Report

As a member benefit in 2025, IHSA provided its members an opportunity to participate in a wages & benefits survey, creating a report helpful in informing their employee compensation and benefits packages. Head Start programs must meet certain federal requirements related to employee compensation, and this report assists the Head Start programs in Idaho in meeting those.
