Meet Your Keynote Speaker, Head Start Parent, Jacob Hall!
Jacob Hall is a proud Head Start parent and passionate advocate for early childhood education. Over the past year, he’s served as Chair of the Policy Council at Pocatello/Chubbuck Head Start and has taken that advocacy all the way to Washington, D.C.—meeting with lawmakers to push for increased Head Start funding for families across the country.
He also represents Idaho as the Parent Representative for the Idaho Head Start Association and was recently chosen to represent Region 10, which includes Idaho, Washington, Alaska, and Oregon. Jacob brings a strong background in finance, data, and community leadership to his work, and currently serves as a Farm Finance Analyst and Data Engineer in Southeast Idaho.
Outside of Head Start and his day job, Jacob is deeply involved in volunteer work—mentoring youth, supporting local nonprofits, and helping raise awareness for issues like carbon monoxide safety. He’s passionate about lifting families and communities through access, advocacy, and early support—and he believes Head Start is one of the most powerful tools we have to do that.
